ARENDTS ANWÄLTE offers comprehensive legal counselling in the field of sports betting- and gaming law. We count many foreign companies amongst our clients, including some of the world's largest gaming providers trying to become active on the German gambling market. Attending our clients on this difficult path, we develop entry strategies to the German gambling market. Sound knowledge of this extremely dynamic field of law, which unites Community-, Civil-, Penal-, and Administrative Law, represents the basis for our effective legal counselling and, if necessary, a following court trial. Amongst others we fought for the so called bet-at-home-decision of the District Court of Munich I, which was rendered some days before the ECJ's famous Gambelli-decision. | | Martin Arendts: born 1966.
